Floris's integrity is evident from the fact that 'living according to your core values' was strongly imparted by his parents.
His interest in the profession of personal development was sparked early on in his career at Randstad. Subsequently, he worked as an (interim) manager for various organisations and immersed himself in TA, NLP and systemic working at the Phoenix Educational Institution.
When Floris enters you feel that something is about to happen. Space is created. Space to laugh. Space in which team members can listen to themselves and others. Room for what is required and how it can be done. Floris wants to grow, get better and win together. A mirror is waiting for him at home. His two daughters aged 15 and 12 who remind him to appreciate the little things and the love that teaches him the art of enjoyment.

She knows what she's talking about. Due to 15 years of experience as a manager and director at Randstad and 8 years as a team and individual coach at FLORIS & GELUK. But you sense that there is more. Carin knows real life; with a burn out earlier in her career, a divorce as a mother of two young children and welcoming a new love.
Carin has the ability to slow down and reveal 'what is really there.' She does this inquisitively and without judgment. In the moment it may feel uncomfortable, but it always turns out to be a right and defining moment. In the space that then arises, insight is a natural consequence and ‘that's how we always do it’ shifts to ‘that's how we want it from now on.’
